
Kindred Yoga
A nondenominational blend of yoga that works for all bodies. Your instructors bring their gifts to every class so that each is inspired, unique, and authentically shared. Classes are community-centered and include physical postures, breath work, and a meditative aspect. Expect to feel engaged and challenged with plenty of modifications and support from your teacher.
Kindred Power
This practice takes everything you love about our Kindred style, and ups the intensity. We use infrared panels to warm the room to 85* so our bodies are ready for the increased demand and to allow for purification through sweat. Expect to feel challenged in new ways through the use of postures, theory, and breath work.
Kindred Yin
Our yin practice is perfect for anyone who wants to bring more resilience into their lives. You will linger in poses a little longer, take your awareness a bit deeper, and learn to play with breath in new ways. Expect a relaxed vibe with lots of props, perfect for complimenting more demanding workout routines.
Kindred Immersion
A 90 minute practice that blends the best of both worlds with 60 minutes of Kindred Power and a 30 minute Yin experience. Practitioners are welcome to come for all or part of the immersion, though both is recommended.
